Christina Celebrates Holi

Whipped this up during the Holi festival celebration several thousand miles away.

For those who don't know, Holi is celebrated every spring in India and Nepal. It "festival signifies the victory of good over evil, the arrival of spring, end of winter, and for many a festive day to meet others, play and laugh, forget and forgive, and repair broken relationships" (Wikipedia). During this time, everyone is also showered in a rain of colours, hence the multicoloured piece of art you're looking at right now. I gotta say, I'm really proud of how this came out. Maybe if I ever go to India, I'll get in on the festivities during Holi. Seems like a good deal to me.
